Epsom salts have wonderful health benefits that can enhance the detoxification capabilities of the body. They assist to extract harmful toxins from the body and allow the healing properties of magnesium and sulfates to enter.

An Epsom salts bath or foot soak is the perfect way to relax and absorb its healing properties. Bathing in Epsom salt (at least 15 minutes) is one of the most effective means of making the magnesium your body needs readily available.
Just add two cups of Epsom Salt and 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil to warm bath water to ease muscle pain and fade bruises.
